- Diagnosis
- Leaves simply pinnate. Leaflets linear to narrow lanceolate, tapering towards the apex, slightly contracted near the base. Leaflets attached laterally to the
rachis with broad base. Ten to fifteen veins enter the leaflet, veins often dichotomize. Leaf hypostomatic, stomata haplocheilic, guard cells sunken and overarched by high number of subsidiaries (8–11) forming a strongly cutinized coronal rim. Ordinary epidermal cells uniformly thickened.
