- Diagnosis
- Primary axis slender and subcircular to subtriangular in cross section. Bracts and secondary fertile shoots borne on the primary axis in dense helical arrangement. Secondary fertile shoot bilaterally symmetrical, small, 4–5 mm long, 2#1.5 to 2.6#1.2 mm in diameter, and bearing helically arranged scales. Sterile scales numbering 11–13, with three to five fertile scales borne apically on the secondary axis. Fertile scales with five pollen sacs. Prepollen of the Florinites type.
