- Diagnosis
- Cones ovoid, 7-8 cm. long, 2.3-2.5 cm. wide, synmetrical, tapering towards apex; peduncle absent ; ovuliferous scales 2.5 an. long and 0.9-1.4 cm. wide, apophyses rhomboidal , flat , slightly swollen at upper edge, but not projecting , sharply defined parallel edges, upper margins near cone apex somewhat rounded, horizontal ridges not projecting, but well demarcated, umbo median , smooth, 3-5 mm. long, 2-3 mm. wide, mutic, striations of apophyses absent or obscurely present.
