- Wide elliptic-shaped lamina, 31.0–33.0 mm in length by 21.0–26.0 mm in width and with a length/width ratio of 1.2–1.4 : 1; petiole 5.0 mm in length, rounded base; toothed margin, small salicoid teeth; pinnate venation, straight
and stout midvein, five to seven pairs of eucamptodromous secondary veins, with a pronounced development toward the margin, some markedly tortuous; IAMV 62 (42–76); tertiary veins in intercostal areas have a very irregular development, some straight, others sigmoid; large arcs of rectangular shape
develop near the margin; distinction between high-order veins variable, forming a random reticulate pattern.
