Diagnosis
Rienitsia in which the frond is long, but narrow and markedly lobed: secondary veins numerous. Cuticle of medium thickness; stomata with five to six subsidiary cells. The outer anticlinal walls of the subsidiary cells curved, thus approximately forming a circle about the stoma. Papillae on the subsidiary cells arch over the guard cells.
