- Diagnosis
- Flowers actinomorphic, 6.6–9 mm in diameter; perianth differentiated into three small distinct triangular sepals (0.8–2.1 mm long) in the outer whorl and three distinct elliptical petals (2.8–6.1 mm long) in the inner whorl; androecium of six large elongate stamens; in situ pollen monosulcate; globose to boat shaped (20.9–39.1 mm, average 27.6 mm) with a finely reticulate exine.
