- Diagnosis
- Species of the genus Groenlandia, characterized by a spiked crest on the
keel of the thin exocarp. Number of drupe-like fruits (=flowers) per spike 2–4 [– 6]. Leaves amplexicaul and (sub-)oppositely arranged throughout the shoot, without observable stipule-like appendages.
