- Diagnosis
- Pollen grain single, isopolar, bilateral; barrel-shaped, sides convex. Biporate, pore circular, annulate, annulus thick (3.2 um), uniformly thickened forming a collar-like structure round the pore; pore inside diameter 19.2 um. Exine thick, c. 1-1.5 um, sexine as thick as nexine, slightly thinner towards the pore; reticulate, OL pattern.
