- Diagnosis
- Leaves simple, entire, from small to
large, length to width ratio 2 : 1 or less. Leaf lamina elliptical or rounded, symmetric. Leaf base broadly rounded
or cuneate, rarely truncate. Leaf apex rounded. Leaf
margin crenate in the upper part of lamina, entire at leaf
base. Teeth rare, large, with long basal side and short apical side and slightly rounded or acute apex. Venation palmate, acrodromous. Three primary veins deviate from
the leaf base. Lateral primary veins almost parallel to the
midrib, ascending to upper part of leaf lamina and joining
with secondary veins near the apex. Branches of secondary veins form system of loops at the outer side of primary
veins, some of loops have deviations ending in the teeth.
Tertiary venation alternate percurrent.
