Leaves linear-lanceolate, about 9 cm long; margin with small closely spaced serrate, minute, glandular teeth in margin; apex acuminate; base abruptly and slightly round pointed. Venation of a single midvein, stout and prominent, with secondaries thin, closely spaced, ascending, camptodrome.
