- Diagnosis
- Leaflets from narrowly elliptical to
narrowly obovate. Bases of leaflets wedge-shaped, apices from acute to rounded. Leaves hypostomous. Upper
epidermis composed of triangular to pentagonal cells
with sinuous anticlinal walls. Triangular cuticular
thickenings in bends of anticlinal walls. Lower epidermis composed of amoeboid cells bearing clavate or
calyptriform hollow papillae.
