Diagnosis
Leaves small, primary venation pinnate, secondary venation eucamptodromous, five secondary veins on each side, tertiary venation reticulate or mixed percurrent and reticulate; proximal intramarginal vein becoming marginal distally. Epidermal cells with prominent corner flanges, periclinal cuticle smooth. Trichome bases consisting of a small angular pore; surrounding cells radially extended. Etymology: The epithet refers to the small leaf size.
