- Diagnosis
- Lamina oblong to elliptic; apex acute to
acuminate; base primarily cordate but occasionally round;
margin predominately entire but with elongate teeth occurring
in the upper 1/2 of the margin. Teeth simple and
elongate with numerous looping accessory veins, sinuses
rounded. Primary venation pinnate. Secondary venation
primarily brochidodromous with occasional craspedodromous
veins supplying the few teeth. Tertiary venation
opposite percurrent. Quaternary venation quadrangular.
